Comments: Very professional. Gave me a quote of 38K for my addition. The final cost…. 38K, not one additional charge for anything. From my past experience with contractors, I had budgeted for more than the estimate, now I can get a hot tub too.

Comments: I had 3 roofing/siding guys inspect my roof for the leak source over a few months with no success. SCI owner spotted the problem from the ground and had a technician make the repair for a minimal charge. No more leaking!

He went beyond just providing quotes for work but made a point to understand my investment goal and gave useful advice.
